Traditional Swedish crispbread — thin, crunchy rounds with sesame and rye. Perfect with butter and a good sharp cheddar, or smoked salmon.

A dense, wholesome sourdough rye loaf with a rich, slightly tangy flavour and dark crust. Ideal for open sandwiches — the foundation of Swedish smörgås.

We follow the Swedish calendar closely — keep an eye out for our seasonal offerings throughout the year.
Golden saffron buns shaped into a beautiful S, adorned with raisins. A cherished December tradition baked to mark St Lucia Day on the 13th.
